Entelliteq (previously IR Technologies) provided core program, engineering, logistics, life cycle sustainment, and other acquisition task support to Product Manager Marine Corps Network and Infrastructure Services (PdM MCNIS), Program Manager Information Systems and Infrastructure (PM ISI), Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC). PdM MCNIS was responsible for executing over $450 million a year in program funding in support of the fielding, oversight, and long-term support strategies of the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), through the Continuity of Operations Support Contract (COSC). IR Technologies has provided expert-level program and information systems support services to the PdM MCNIS in the following targeted areas: Acquisition Strategic Planning and Documentation; Project Management and Project Planning/Control Functions; Acquisition Logistics Planning and Analysis; Contract Management; and Administration and Configuration Management Support.
Entelliteq provided in-depth knowledge of DoD, DoN, and USMC Program/Acquisition Management policies, regulations, procedures, and processes as well as deep analytical experiences to support engagements with PEO EIS and PM NGEN. This includes complying with applicable oversight of program requirements, as well as assessing cost, schedule, and prioritization of USMC objectives. Entelliteq provided the project leads for a number of the PM MCNIS project efforts, including the Milestone C (MS C) project, was responsible for PEO EIS/PM NGEN engagements, SIPR Infrastructure Refresh, and one of the USMC NGEN Early Transition Activity (ETA) Projects. Entelliteq assisted with the necessary research and analysis to provide accurate functional and integrated (cost, schedule, and performance) assessments and reports; Proposed revised measurement methods and processes; Assisted with the preparation of status reports, project charts, schedule development/management, and position papers with regard to the next generation USMC IT environment; Provided risk identification, analysis, management expertise, and offered proactive risk mitigation measures for the projects; conducted coordination with MCSC personnel on NMCI to NGEN transition issues and risks that may impact operations within the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN).
